Return Policy

Returns
There are no returns on the Outbound Herbivore Vegan Mini Market Bundle, any of the individual products, or Add On products.

Damages
If product is found to be damaged, broken, or unsafe for use upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@outboundherbivore. Do not contact vendors directly. We will work with you to replace the item! 

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to the logistics of the production, fulfillment and delivery process with our local vendors. 

Purchases
Orders can include any combination of any products. However, orders with Rain City Chocolates 6 Piece Assorted Truffles or Puddles Barkery Dog Treats CAN NOT be shipped. If those items are purchased in an order where the customer selects shipping, those items will be removed and refunded prior to fulfillment.
